If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered the first pair and it arrived quickly however there was no prescription on the lens. They quickly issued an RMA (which does not work) and processed another order. Second pair arrived AGAIN with no prescription on the lens. I am convinced that all these online glasses retailers suck and are not worth the time as I had a similar issue with another retailer although they got it right the second time.
I would give negative ratings if i could. I placed an order for prescription glasses recently on Jan 10, 2021. I am glad that the delivery was quick and packaging was secure and professional. However, the nightmare started when I needed to return due to the size of the frame doesn’t fit my features. I submitted a return request as advised on their Q&A page, 3 days later I received a follow up email saying they don’t have any record of my order and asked me to provide information when I already keyed in info when submitting the request. I forwarded the email order conf and packing slip and basically a pic of the box I got. 4 days later I received a prepaid return label but an email saying they don’t have my prescription on file when I submitted that right after placing the order. What I’m confused is that if they don’t have it, how come i received my glasses with correct prescription. What I’m afraid now is that when I drop my return parcel at the post office, they are gonna come back saying they could not issue a refund due to some stupid problems. Good thing I paid with PayPal and usually they are proactive helping buyers so if there is any problem I could always open a case. But I’m not confident that PayPal would favor me since glasses.com is a large corporation and I’m just nobody.

Received my perscription glasses with wrong perscription. So the customer service agent had me email my perscription via email to send a replacement. Recieved my replacement it was the exact same perscription which was wrong. Talked to another agent she said the first agent should have refunded me so I can place another order because replacements come with same perscription as the first ones. So basically I had to email my perscription to them for no reason and I double checked the perscription before I entered it the first time but the lady said the blame was on me and I entered it wrong. No you guys messed up my order two times in a row I will never order from them again just waiting for my refund now.
I don't generally go out of my way to write reviews, but given the overwhelmingly negative reviews here I wanted to put my two cents in. My experience with this company was fine. The one interaction I had with customer service wasn't stellar, but it was ultimately a minor issue that I was able to resolve on my own. Ordering went smoothly, my glasses are exactly what I wanted, and the whole process took about a week and a half from order to delivery. I can only speak to my own experience, but they're not nearly as terrible as the reviews might lead you to believe. I'll likely go through them again next time I need glasses.

Worst customer service ever. I returned a pair of glasses and it's been a month since they've received it and no refund yet. I tried to chat with their Customer Service Representative, Cherelle T, and she DOES NOT RESPOND. I have copies of our chats where I have asked several times if she was there and she did not even send a response to acknowledge her presence. Awful. I will send a copy of this to corporate headquarters just to show how diabolical their customer service is. I will NEVER order from this company again.
Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life..ordered a pair of glasses with superior thin lens after about two weeks finally get the order and the lens are super thick like coke bottle thick so I wrote them saying im unhappy and wanted to send them back after probably a week of emails back and forth im wrote that they would be happy to fully refund them but it seems that they had been made incorrectly in the lab and they would if I wanted remake them...I thought sure why not ill give them the benefit of doubt and after about another 3 weeks or so I finally received the "corrected replacement" exactly the same as the ones I was going to send back in the first place....don't ever order from this company
This is the worst review I have ever left, as a matter of fact I think this is the first time I've ever left a bad review for anything, I am very ill I need a new liver I can not go and purchase glasses, I have an eyeglass prescription that expires December 31st, for a full week me and my family tried to purchase glasses at glasses.com, no phone calls you have to chat, the website would not accept my insurance #'s, I chatted we will put your insurance in manually, and yes they accept my insurance, an entire week of chat and email
battling just to get my insurance not on the website, well forget it, to sick to deal anymore, will puke my way to town and back and just get glasses, that will be a much more enjoyable experience than trying to buy glasses at glasses.com
I placed an order and was told 8-10 business days prior to the order being shipped. It took 30 days. Then, I find out the the lenses were incorrectly made. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Ultimately, I have decided to return and not even try with them anymore. NOT WORTH THE POTENTIAL SAVINGS!
First they sent me the wrong prescription. I paid for progressive lenses, the glasses I received were definitely not progressives. I tried three times to get a refund approved through their email system, finally used the chat function to get the shipping label. Shipped the item back well within the required time frame. tracking shows the shipment was received at their facility Aug. 31. Still don't have a refund after 3 separate chat conversations during which I was assured my refund would be issued first in 10 days and then by the end of the next business day. Last chat was three days ago and still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
In February 2020 I purchased lenses and frames! Total came to $215! Good deal, since I wear no line bifocals! In July the frame broke! Ordered the same style so that my lenses would fit. It is now October 2020, and this frame broke! l the frame fell apart!!!!You do get what you pay for! The frames are cheap, and they don't last long! Will never buy from them again! I'll stick with 39 dollar glasses. Been using them for 3 years! No problems!
I was very skeptical when I seen this site. I had already ordered my glasses, so I was thinking I made a big mistake. My glasses came in less than a week of ordering them(I went with the 2 day shipping option) I love them. They fit great, and they are true to my prescription. I have no complaints!
